• Refunds & Cancellations

    Orders for standard stocked products may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment. Standard stocked products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

    Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed once returned items are received and inspected. Any promotional or offer-based discounts applied at purchase are non-refundable and will not be credited if all or part of an order is returned.

    Custom products are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

    Return Procedure

    Returned products must be approved prior to shipment back to Enclave.

    Return Conditions

    Returned products must be received in like-new condition, including original packaging, and free from damage such as scratches, dents, bent edges, or signs of installation. Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are properly packaged and protected during return shipping. Any damage incurred during return transit may result in the return being refused.

    Exchanges

    Exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided the original product is in like-new condition. If the replacement product carries a higher value, the price difference must be paid prior to shipment of the exchanged item.

    Custom products are not eligible for exchange.

    Shipping Terms

    Shipping costs for standard stocked products are determined based on order value, size, weight, and destination. Custom product orders are subject to shipping charges calculated based on order specifications.

    Address Changes

    Shipping addresses may be updated prior to shipment booking. Any address changes requested after shipment is booked may incur carrier change fees. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

    Delivery Terms

    Customers are responsible for being available to receive deliveries at the scheduled time. Any rescheduling, redelivery, storage, or carrier penalties resulting from missed or delayed delivery appointments are the responsibility of the customer.

    Warranty Coverage

    Enclave Outdoor (“Enclave”) warrants to the original purchaser that its aluminum outdoor products — including privacy screens, fencing systems, Fencerts, gates (manual and automated), panels, toppers, posts, and mounting components — will be free from defects in materials and workmanship that affect product performance.

    For the purposes of this warranty, performance is defined as maintaining structural integrity, mechanical soundness, and resistance to substantial unintended alteration in appearance under normal use.

    Warranty Period

    This warranty is valid for the lifetime of the product, beginning on the original date of purchase, and applies only to the original purchaser.

    Coverage Scope

    This warranty covers manufacturing defects that:

    • Compromise structural or mechanical integrity, or

    • Result in a substantial and unintended alteration of appearance

    when the product is properly installed and used under normal conditions.

    Exclusions

    This warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Normal powder-coat wear or finish aging

    • Damage occurring after shipment

    • Damage caused by fire, flooding, lightning, windstorms, or other severe weather events

    • Exposure to corrosive chemicals, fumes, or extreme environmental conditions

    • Components, labor, or work performed by third parties

    • Improper fitting, sizing, application, or installation

    • Structural failure caused by integration with external or unsupported structures

    • Minor scratches, surface marks, or cosmetic imperfections

    • Neglect, misuse, improper cleaning, or lack of maintenance

    • Accidents, abuse, alterations, or modifications by the customer

    • Improper storage prior to installation

    • Removal, reinstallation, or refinishing of products

    • Labor costs for removal, installation, or replacement

    • Shipping costs associated with warranty claims

    • Any chemical or mechanical alteration of original surfaces

    • Any cause beyond Enclave’s reasonable control, including acts of God exceeding product design or testing parameters

    Certification or code compliance reflects standards at the time of manufacture and does not guarantee performance under all conditions indefinitely.

    Warranty Claim Process

    To initiate a warranty claim, the following are required:

    • Written submission including original proof of purchase

    • Proof of installation

    • Clear photographs documenting the alleged defect
